Witnesses are being sought following a serious road traffic collision involving a pedestrian and a car in Mill Lane, Northampton.
The incident happened at about 8.30pm on Saturday, October 29, when a 40-year-old man crossing the road near Glebeland Road was in collision with a blue Ford Fiesta.
As a result of the collision, the pedestrian sustained serious injuries and was taken to University Hospital Coventry with head injuries.
Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have dash-cam footage of the actual collision prior to the incident.

A 20-year-old man has been arrested in connection with this incident and released on police bail pending further enquiries.
