A 29 year old man has been charged in connection with a fatal road accident that happened on the A45 near Flore on Monday night.
Julian Schkambi, from Luton, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving relating to the incident, and will appear before Northampton Magistrates' Court today.
The accident had occurred when a Vauxhall Zafira had crossed onto the wrong side of the road and hit a Ford Fiesta going in the other direction.
The man driving the Fiesta was pronounced dead at the scene, and was only in his 40's.
